Alan Wallish
Founder of the company, Alan has been a pioneer in the Cairns tourism industry for over 30 years. His long list of awards won by the company include being inducted into the Queensland Tourism Hall of Fame, Winner of the Australian Tourism Awards for Adventure, High Standard Marine Parks operator, Winner Eco-Tourism Australia in Sustainability and Innovation. As a Diving Instructor and Skipper, he has dived all over the world and extensively up and down the Great Barrier Reef. Allure is our newest company boat and Alan is committed to the personal service and authentic experience that makes Cairns one the great diving and snorkelling areas of the world.
SKIPPER
Craig DeCourcy
An accomplished Skipper, Dive Instructor and qualified Chef, Craig is the senior skipper for our sister ship, the 31-meter sailing catamaran Passions of Paradise.
A self-professed fishing tragic, starting when he first wagged school at age 10 to fish for Mullet and Brim in the local creek, Craig has built an extensive knowledge of fishing the reef with countless special spots where he knows the fish will be hiding. Having fished, dived and worked on the Barrier Reef for more than 15 years, Craig will ensure that your diving, snorkelling or light tackle fishing charter is custom tailored to meet all your personal requirements.

Scott Garden
Part-Owner and CEO of the company, Scott has lived all things boats, fishing, diving and tourism for over 20 years. A qualified carpenter in his previous life, Scott was drawn to the outdoor life at an early age whilst growing up on his parents farm in bush country Victoria. An accomplished Dive Master and fisherman, Scott loves to be on the back deck, baiting your lures, cooking up a storm, (using herbs and spices he grows in his own garden), and making sure that everything is in place for the perfect trip. When not on Allure, or managing the business, Scott can usually be found out bush in his 4WD, exploring the remote Cape wilderness looking for new fishing and exotic adventures.
